a good excuse

Hi Dr. S___

This morning as I was on my way to pick up E_ and go to the nephro discussion session, I was hit by another car in Sacramento. My car was totaled and E__ picked me up and drove me to Cowell, where I'm currently waiting to get my wrist x-rayed. I was hoping you could give her a point for the nephro discussion, even though she didn't attend. We prepared for the discussion last night and would have been there if the person who hit me had not been talking on her cell phone.

I'm attaching the case we did last night, for proof of our love of nephrology and pathology...and hard evening's toil.
