Weird

I was just writing study questions for myself about the development of the kidneys, when all of a sudden I was thinking of a fish and chips place in Seattle that Jason and I would kayak to right off of Lake union and Fremont. I had an image of sitting there and eating my fish and chips - and all the imagery and smells and everything came back as though I had just been talking to someone about it. The weird thing is that I haven't thought about that place since the last time I was there, and if someone had brought it up, I probably would have had a hard time remembering what they were talking about! The brain is weird. Hopefully, I don't have some tumor that is triggering random memories (oh the things one learns in medical school!). Very likely, my brain is just freaking out from all this recent use and getting a little zealous...
